Feedback can be left by clicking the "leave feedback" button on any closed item page. Feedback on this site is item specific. One feedback comment for each successful transaction (Buyers can only leave feedback for the seller after receiving their orders or refunds. Sellers can only leave feedback for the buyers after receiving the payment.) can be left. Only the two users involved in the transaction can leave feedback for each other.
To leave feedback, users must be logged in. Closed items (displaying the feedback button) can be found by searching the item #, clicking on the item # in feedback which has been received, or by viewing closed items on the "My Account" page.
Feedback can be a very important tool for you to use when buying or selling.
Each user is given a feedback rating based on the # of positive and negative comments they receive from other user's as they buy and sell.
They get +1 point for a positive feedback, -1 point for a negative feedback, and 0 points for a neutral one. Be sure to check a user's feedback before buying an item to make sure they are trustworthy.
In the interest of fairness, Buyers who have not posted feedback for Sellers within 7 days of receiving their items, will have an auto-generated positive feedback posted on their behalf.
When Users Can Not Leave Negative Feedback?
If the seller received a payment (even if it`s after the expected payment date), they can not leave negative feedback for the buyers. If the buyer received their items (even if it`s after the expected delivery date), they can not leave negative feedback for the sellers. Both buyers and seller can use Neutral Feedback instead.

dealsCube.com's Feedback forum is intended to be an open, honest place to share your experiences with other dealsCube.com members. However, there are some things we don't allow in Feedback comments, such as obscene language.
Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don`t, you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
We don't allow Feedback comments that contain:
- Links or scripts
- References to dealsCube.com, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout or Paypal investigations
- Negative statements left for a member that conflict with the positive rating
- Personally identifying information about another member, including real name, address, phone number, or email address
- Political, religious, or social commentary rather than a genuine comment about the transaction
- Comments that reference a completely separate transaction or unrelated experience
- Profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language, or adult material
Insulting language, like "fraud," "liar," "cheater," "scam artist," "stay away," "buyer beware," or "con man," is strongly discouraged, Feedback containing such language isn't allowed and will be modified or removed.
If a member includes any information that isn't allowed, dealsCube.com will remove the Feedback without notice to the users.
