When you purchase an item from a dealsCube.com Marketplace seller, we want you to be confident that you will receive the type of customer service you've come to expect from dealsCube.com.
With that in mind, we offer the dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee for purchases made from dealsCube.com Marketplace sellers.
With the dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee, if you comply with the requirements below, we will refund your full purchase price plus original shipping into your Dwolla account.
To be eligible for the dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:
1. You ordered an item from a dealsCube.com Marketplace seller.
2. That item was never received by you or was received by you but is damaged, defective or materially different from what was displayed on the dealsCube.com website by that seller.
3. If the item was damaged, defective or materially different, you notified the seller within 2 days after you received the item.
4. You returned that item, including all component parts, in its original condition to the seller.
5. The seller did not refund that amount you paid for the item and you could not get your money back through the payment processing company such as Paypal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments and Dwolla.
6. You submit a claim under the dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee to dealsCube.com no later than 60 days after the date you purchased the item.
Note: You cannot submit a claim under the dealsCube.com Marketplace Guarantee until at least 30 days after you purchased the item.
