1- How do I Contact Seller to Ask a Question About an Item?
Go to the detail page of the item you interested. Once the product detail page appears, click on "Questions & Answers" tab to Contact the Seller.

2- How do I Contact Seller About My Order?
1- Click on "Sign In" link located top of every pages on dealsCube.com to login.
2- Click on "Members Area" link to go to your account page.
3- Click on "Orders" link located on the left.
4- Click on Contact Seller icon (next to the printer icon - above the item title).

3- How Do I Check The Status of My Order?
1- Click on "Sign In" link located top of every pages on dealsCube.com to login.
2- Click on "Members Area" link to go to your account page.
3- Click on "Orders" link located on the left.

4- How Can I Cancel My Order?
You must contact the seller directly to ask them to cancel your order.

5- How Can I Change My E-mail Address?
Simply go to Members Area > My Account > Personal Information , enter your new e-mail address and then click on "Proceed" button.

6- How do I pay for my item?
How you pay for an item depends on the payment methods accepted by the seller. Carefully read the "Payments & Returns" section in the item description page before you buy to find out what methods the seller accepts.

There are two type of payment processing available on dealsCube.com;

1- Direct Payment
If the seller accept direct payment, you can simply click on "Make Payment" button on the order confirmation page to pay for your order.

2- Payment Request E-Mail 
Some sellers do not accept direct payment from the buyers. In this case, seller will send you a payment request e-mail through one of the payment method they accepts once they processed your order.

Once you have placed an order, you`re expected to pay as soon as possible and no later than 2 days after you placed an order or received a payment request. If you don`t pay for your order within 2 days after you placed an order or received a payment request, the seller will have a right to cancel your order.

7- Why My order isn`t showing up in My Account?
Orders are generally available for 6 months in user`s account. All orders older than 6 months will not be available on dealscube.com and dealsCube will not be able to assist you with those orders.

8- How Do I Change My Shipping Address After I placed an order?
Please follow the instructions below;

1- Go to Members Area > My Account > Address Book to add your new shipping address.

2- Go to Members Area > Buying > Orders and click on "Edit Invoice" icon.

3- Select the new shipping address from the "Shipping Address" dropdown menu and click on "Update" button.

9- How Do I Change My Address If I Have Not Placed an Order yet?
1- Go to Members Area > My Account > Address Book

2- Click on "Edit Address" icon

3- Click on "Proceed" button

10- What do I do if I have a problem with my transaction?
1- Contact the Seller
If your item hasn't arrived or isn't as described, first try to contact the seller. Most sellers are happy to resolve any issues you may have, so give them a chance to make it right for you.

2- Report the seller to dealsCube
If after contacting the seller, the issue is still not resolved, report the seller through the contact us page.

dealsCube will attempt to mediate a resolution between you and the seller.

3- File a dispute with the payment processor company
In order to get your money back, you will have to file a dispute with whichever payment processor (Paypal, Amazon Payments etc.) was used to pay for your purchase.
